I think that that element of neutrality has merits and I figure that
with a bit of arm twisting that any problems still existent if existent,
are potentially solvable. One would hope so. I think that real effort
has been made towards inclusivity. I think the idea of it being a place
to go and to know what is happening, isn't something that anyone should
take offense at.
I believe that it is the basis of something pretty cool. Can I recommend
involvement? - or a tempting towards that via tentative steps for anyone
feeling dismayed or displaced via momentary lapses. Can elbows and legs
also be twisted?
If it's there as a neutral place to transport listeners to places that
are anything but neutral - to places that are contentious and lively via
whatever to is that is pointed to, then you'd think that people who are
offering spanners in the works would be pleased with that, if it points
to their own activities, and acknowledges them and declares them worthy,
as in fact everyone is. A nice neutral place of entry to a world of
ideas that challenge. No conditions on anyone in terms of having to be
anything absolute, but an open-ended plurality pointed to that in fact
is inclusive. Most free thinkers like to keep their minds open, and not
be 'got at' before they are ready. That is why a neutral entry point is
a good idea. It all seems to be veering towards that. I think that it's
a happening thing and that it can turn into something very productive
and useful. It can be helpful for others overseas too who browse the
Interent, and a way of offering something constructive too. When a lot
of stations in the future are webstreamed it really can be a way of
communicating with the world.
The reality is one of Green-Left analysis. Peak oil is a worry. Climate
change is a worry. Problems and issues in the world need to be addressed
and it's very nice to have radio stations that do that constructively.
It's also very nice to know about what is going on with similar
endeavours and to encourage others and to share resources and knowledge.
I think it has merits and that it's almost ready for something very
worthy and worthwhile to well and truly have out there, and do in fact
think that others should tempt fate on it all and leap in courageously
and be happy, to be acknowledged and appreciated for all that they do.
