[A-IMC radio] AIR Website update

I have updated the website again. What's new:
* updated to the latest version of the LPFM flyer .pdf
* added some more audio sources from the list archives (going back into
late last year)
* added some to the free software page
* tweaked the wording a bit all round (eg changed 'What We Do' to 'What
Is AIR for')
* fixed the graphics (hopefully)
* added a disclaimer to the stations/programmes list

Now this last might prompt some discussion (whether onlist or directly
with me, whatever people feel comfortable with). The AIR site is an
information portal for people wanting to be part of listening to,
distributing and/or broadcasting information radio in Aotearoa. If we
don't list all the stations and programs we know about we do those who
visit the site a disservice. However some stations have reservations
about being listed as they staunchly defend their autonomy and don't
want to be seen to be under AIR as an organisational umbrella. So I feel
that with that disclaimer it should now be acceptable to add any
stations broadcasting talks and information to the list. How do others
feel about it?
