Some great news on the Access Radio front. Their station co-ordinator  
Kedron Parker has confirmed that copyright to the programmes is owned  
by the programme-makers and they are quite happy for us to rebroadcast  
with the programme-maker's permission. She did mention charging a  
'small fee for the technician's time' in making a copy of the program  
for us but I will go up to the studio and talk to the technician about  
the quickest, simplest way to get a good quality file for distribution.

She also invited Aotearoa Information Radio folk to a social/  
networking function celebrating 25 years of Access Radio, to held at  
the Grand Hall at Parliament House (Wednesday 19 July, 5:30 - 7pm).  
The Minister of Broadcasting and a number of other MPs and movers and  
shakers will be in attendance and Kedron suggested it would be better  
not to push our politiks too hard so I'm thinking maybe it would be  
better if I left it to some of the more moderate folk like Ian, Peter  
et al to attend? A number of AIR people can go but I need names in the  
next day or two so I can pass them on to Kedron and make sure they are  
on the guest list.
