The first thing to do would be to check with the
organisers that:
a) they are willing for recording to happen and
b) they don't already have someone organised to do it

I would be keen to attend the conference and do recordings
with the laptop. Unfortunately I am at a uni course which
runs until about 6pm on the Friday 30 July so I definitely
can't make Friday. If I could get a lift up to the venue
on Friday night I could help to cover Saturday and Sunday.

Even if I can make it if anyone can think of contacts in
Orkland who might have the time and know-how to help with
recordings please email them and let us know if you get
any bites. I will do the same.

BTW it just occurred to me that there are speakers at the
Animal Rights conference this weekend that might also be
worth recording. I will email the organiser now about
this.
