Hi Folks,
Given the constant grind on the cat collective to fundraise
for bandwidth on 
behalf of third parties i baulked at the "high bw"
reference.
But Andrew's post below helps me see it clearer.
I think a good shared web activist media server would be a
good project for cat 
to be involved with but not in any funding way.
