Money Masters, The: the origins and power of money (Duuble
DVD)
How International Bankers Gained Control of America. A
unique three-and-a-half hour documentary tracing the origins
of money. Today's Money Masters have their roots in the
development of fractional reserve banking in the 17th
century which brought a new sophistry to techniques
initially used by goldsmiths to fraudulently accumulate
wealth. Starting with the privately owned Bank of England in
1694, central banks have spread throughout the world
monopolising money and turning our need for cash into a
diabolical privately owned money-spinner.
9/11: In Plane Site (DVD)
Here, live TV clips from New York TV Channels on September
11th 2001 and CNN official footage are reviewed, slowed down
, examined frame by frame. The official story of that day
was told on live TV by New York's reporters, policemen,
firefighters, and other on-the-scene eyewitnesses, however,
crucial footage was shown only once, ground zero was
bulldozed and this TV evidence was never repeated. The
stories changed, information such as the collapse of WTC 7
disappeared, and propaganda took the place of reality.
Battle of the Beanfield, The (Book)
On June 1st 1985, a convoy of travellers, peace protestors,
green activists and festival-goers set off from Savernake
Forest in Wiltshire to establish the 12th annual free
festival at Stonehenge. There were around 450 people in
total, and they included a number of women and children.
They never reached their destination. Eight miles from the
Stones they were ambushed, assaulted and arrested with
unprecedented brutality by a quasi-military police force of
over 1,300 officers drawn from six counties and the MoD.
This is Camp X-Ray (DVD)

Meacher. 50 minutes.
SchNews at Ten ...The Book (Book)
It all started in a squatted courthouse in Brighton back in
1994 with people wearing silly wigs reading out the
alternative news. Ever since then SchNEWS has been
publishing continuous weekly newsheets full of radical
get-off-your-arse direct action politics from Britain and
across the world. This book brings together some of the key
stories of the decade from the big roads protests and
anti-Criminal Justice Act movement in the nineties through
to the global anti-capitalist movement and opposition to the
war in Iraq. 320pp.
SchNews at Ten ...The Movie (DVD)
Starring a cast of thousands, a million extras and a budget
of zero this is the SchNEWS Movie. This film features rare
footage of many of the actions and protests covered by
SchNEWS free weekly newsletter since 1994, as well as
charting how it has inspired, incited and kept it together
for a decade. Its a journey which starts with Justice,
Brightons direct action campaign against the Criminal
Justice Act and the road protests of the nineties through to
the global anti-capitalist movement with much more in
between.
Greenham: The Making of a Monument (VHS)
The organisers of mass protests against nuclear weapons
recall how they mobilised thousands of women during the
1980s at the Greenham Common airbase. This was a peculiarly
British stand against the presence of US 'Cruise' missiles
at the nominally UK but actually US controlled Berkshire
airbase. As the story of the protest is recalled a monument
is being constructed in memory of the well-known women's
peace camp.
Despite The City: Eastenders vs. the Developers (DVD)
A critical look at the City of London's 1980's property
tycoons. There's a thousand stories on the big City
Developers, and video sleuths Despite TV have unearthed a
few of the nastier ones in this East Side Story of power,
corruption and yes, lies. As high finance and insider
dealings encroach upon the East Enders' manor. Well
researched and intelligently constructed, this is community
video taking on the big boys.
Here are a list of our the rest of our new titles. We also

Revolution Will Not Be Televised, The (DVD)
Hugo Chavez, elected president of Venezuela in 1998, is a
colorful, unpredictable folk hero, beloved by his nation's
working class and a tough-as-nails, quixotic opponent to the
power structure that would see him deposed. Two independent
filmmakers were inside the presidential palace on April 11,
2002, when he was forcibly removed from office. They were
also present 48 hours later when, remarkably, he returned to
power amid cheering aides. Their film records what was
probably history's shortest-lived coup d'état.
Undercurrents News Network 1 (DVD/VHS)
For 10 years, the award winning media organisation
Undercurrents has embedded video journalists among some of
the most radical protest groups. Britain's latest - and most
innovative - news provider, the Undercurrents News Network
(UNN) reveals their dramatic stories. When the Smoke Clearz
;The Meatrix; Whose News; Consumption; Occupation; Read My
Lips; Hercubush; Woomera Breakout; 100mins.
MAMA/M.A.M.A. - Münchhausen Syndrome by Proxy
"Mama/M.A.M.A." is a groundbreaking film that examines
Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy, a bizarre form of supposed
child abuse in which a mother pretends her child is ill - or
actually makes her child sick- in order to get the sympathy
and praise of the medical community. Amy's film questions
the validity of Munchausen's Syndrome by Proxy, arguing that
in many cases doctors over-medication of infants and
over-reliance on lab tests may be the real cause of the
childrens' illness rather than abuse by their mothers.
Very British Coup, A (DVD, Drama)

Harry Perkins leads the Labour Party to a stunning election
victory. His manifesto includes the removal of American
bases, public control of finance and the dismantling of the

conspires with the City and the press barons to bring him
down, Harry Perkins finds himself caught up in a no-holds
barred battle for control of the country.

Outsiders: The Peace Convoy (DVD/VHS)
This is the story of the struggles for Stonehenge Free
Festival during 1985 and 1986. In an early example of
'embedded journalism' before the term was in vogue, the
filmmaker travels with and uncovers the values and
motivations of a group of travellers which originated in the
'Peace camps' of the 1980's, including Molesworth and
Greenham Common.
Rogues, Rascals, and Runaways (VHS)
Rogues, Rascals and Runaways is a film about horse-drawn
travellers. This film dips into their world for a few weeks
in springtime as three 'living' wagons travel along beside
the motorway then over the stormy mountains into Dumfries
and Galloway, finding sanctuary in the small village of
Durisdeer.
We Interrupt This Empire...(VHS)
The San Francisco Video Activist Network presents the story
you won't see on Fox News: an unflinching look at the Bay
Area's radical resistance to an illegal and horrific war.
"This a a clear picture of what's left of an American
conscience in the midst of this national horror-show--this
is the best damn doc I've seen on the local face of what
might have been the largest anti-war movement in world
history. " Craig Baldwin, Other Cinema <<
