Hi Ezra,
Sounds like a very interesting project.
You might want to check out Pan Left Productions. We're in Tucson but 
if you don't find anyone in Phx area it might be a good option.  We're 
a nonprofit video collective that works with lots of activist and 
social change organizations to produce video and related materials.
