[Imc-arizona] Still Can't Post To AZ IMC

  Why can one person post to AZ IMC,but everybody else can't?

  Even posting a comment on new posting:

  message:Due to High Traffic, Spam or A DB Error Publishing Has Been
  Disabled At This Time


  There were/are actions this week and next that won't get Independent
  News coverage if AZ IMC isn't working properly.

  There was a big Protest in Tucson the previous week,but found out
  about it in Commy News and not AZ IMC!
