mining?  How does it affect  the environment?  How does logging in our
national forests affect the south? How do electric power plants affect the
air?
    Come learn more about how coal mining, electricity production and
logging are affecting the delicate and ancient ecosystems of the Southern
Appalachian Region of the United States!

Appalachian Region present an excerpted version of the PBS documentary  "The
Appalachians -- A land shaped by the people. A people shaped by the land,"
