radio.us2.indymedia.org has a shoutcast server reserved for special
events, as well as icecast2.  it could be a master or relay or whatever
is needed.  connected via 45 mbps t3 to paix.

can contribute a relay/stream splitter here (montreal) on a
6Mb link.

i have never tried the master-slave
relay and dislike the nomenclature (and normally
we can just mount a remote stream) but we could
certainly try it.

The server I have access to is using Icecast 2. You need a source that
can stream to that type of server. Winamp can using the oddcast DSP
plugin available here: http://www.oddsock.org  I don't use Windows for
any Internet radio stuff so I can't give any installation advice with
that software, I know many others who use it and they have said good
things about the oddcast plugin. It looks like there other choices too.

Once you are ready on your end, let me know and I'll give you the login
info for the server.
