Hardy Drew and the Nancy boys Obama song from Limerick Ireland

 

The Corrigan brothers , Ger, Brian and Donncha.

 

Their song. "Theres no one as Irish as Barack O'Bama" goes from strength to
strength,  the band have been featured  this week in Newsweek in the world
music section.

 

Last week at a music camp in the USA hundreds of Children wrote additional
verses to the song and this event will feature in one of Americas foremost
music publications on Sept called "Sing Out".

 

The song has been played on MNSBCs coast to coast TV SHOW Hardball to seven
million viewers.

 

They have headlined a global ancestry conference in Los Angeles and appeared
on mumerous radio and tv shows in the USA.

 

OBAMAs team have received the song and confirmed that it is "great fun".

 

They have just recorded a new country and western song "when president OBAMA
comes back home to Moneygall".

 

They fly to Chicago in October  for a series of Live TV appearance and will
sign a record deal with a major American label while there.

Their song was the main feature of an Ancesrty comference in Los Angeles
last month and as a result of that conference Barack Obamas campaign team
requested a copy of the song and commented that it was "very funny".

 

The band headlined the Americans for Obama concert in Moneygall Obamas
ancestral home. National news channels covered the concert and an American
Documentary maker did extensive interviews and recording of the band.
