INDYMEDIA Organising Meeting
When:  Saturday 29th (this Sat)
Time:  2-4pm (sharp start and finish times)
Where:  4 Norfolk Street, Ponsonby (Ponsonby Rd end of Norfolk Street)

A call out for people interested in getting Indymedia in Auckland active
again.  
The purpose of this meeting is to lay the groundwork for future Indymedia
activities (some links follow if you¹d like more information about the
beginnings and ethos of indymedia).

Potential Agenda items follow ­ the actual agenda will depend who turns up,
what people want on the table, and how much we have time for
* Next Antidote screening (proposed for end of Nov)
* Grey Lynn Festival 26th Nov
* National convergence in Wellington early December
* Meeting structures; regularity; duration; rotation of roles etc.
* Holding one, or a series of, information meetings
* Networking with other activist groups
* Producing support and information materials; developing resources
* Holding basic coding and writing for the internet workshops
* Sustainability
* Other matters...

The meeting is open to suggestions for new and different directions ­ so
please forward this to interested people and networks.
