Dick Hubbard - waiting to hear back from them for interview 
Vox pops - before and after election day 
Candidates Meeting -- Wed 8th Sept - (Petrina) 
Candidate  Meeting Thurs 16 Sept? - Ant (Waiting to confirm dates) 
Filming Election Night of October 9th - now need 4 camera teams with the
introduction of 4th key mayoral candidate if possible 
Chloe unavailable 30th Aug - 12 Sept 
Kim unavailable 4th Sept - 15th Sept 

Other things to do:
Filming debate at Radio NZ idea - Geraldene has looked into this but
looks as if Radio might not do it. 

Transcribing - still need
Ten tapes so far and counting... none with finished transcribing 
Kathryn L has done one tape, another Kathryn T has offered   
Harry has sais he's help transcribe again 
Geraldene - has said she will do transcribe with Edwin 
Plus, Ant, Kim & Chloe - one each

articles and relevant website for issues, groups discussed
