hey guys - thanks to the two live crew for your help putting up posters
last night !!!!

we had no hassles last night or anything (it's not illegal or anything)
BUT I happen to drive past Symonds Street, near the Odeon this morning
where we had put some posters up and some jerks have ripped some of them
down already - esp. the ones on the green transformer boxes - plenty
other still up there though!

but if there ever is a next time -- we probably shouldn't bother putting
poster up (unless they are small leaflet drops in cafes) if that's
what's going to happen (even when someone goes to the trouble of making
such cool posters each time). 

i know personally i am neverrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr doing another one
again... 

a small bunch of people put their efforts into making things happen for
a whole bunch of people who don't have to worry about the stress and
hassles behind the scenes... And it is not often we hear direct words of
thanks or appreciation or see a lot of new fresh involvement. It would
be good to share round the organisation & tasks more as basically, the
key people are really burnt out and won't be doing anything next year -
(that's an unofficial resignation) - we can feel all altruistic and warm
& fuzzy inside that we're saving the planet and doing things to better
humankind but it's a bit of a thankless (and really, unsustainable) task
if we don't know how people are responding to things or if they really
appreciate it or can lend a hand when things get busy so, well... that's
my grumble out of my system
