Other possible item for screening is the OTARA TV item I was telling you
about. It was recently made by an Artists in residence who was at
Manukau School of Visual Arts. It is a 29min piece about the community
of Otara told in television news  style. It interviews a local
environmentalist, politicians, kamatua, employer schemes, people setting
up a skateboard park and other community stuff out there. Made by London
artist Amy Plant with students involved. Apparently it's just come out
and was just shown on Triangle TV. Haven't seen it but sounds like the
sort of local thing it would be good to give time to. I can get a master
DV minitape copy this weekend and can run it through a cam corder to
watch. 

The ECOSHOW has Maori elements to it too.
