Hi - 

MEETING TIME/DATE/PLACE I can meet most nights - We can meet at my house
if you want Mandy, which is just down the road from yours. How does this
upcoming Sunday or Monday night sound? It will need to be advertised on
the wider loop. 

PERMISSION: I have written to the producers of Outfoxed asking
permission to screen (hopefully they'll say yes because they are also in
association with the production of Unprecedented which we screened last
year w/permission) but we will need to wait a while before we hear back
I suspect. 

FLYER: The movie has its own promotional flyer and if we do screen it I
suppose we could just adjust their one to simplify our lives - see link.

poster created anyway into which ANY movie/doco title can be inserted so
we can use it anytime, irrespective of what we're screening. 
Who do we know who has graphic design skills that we can ask? 

PROMOTIONAL: Let's set a date now for postering, but we will also need
someone to drop flyers off in cafes, ring radio stations, etc. 

PROJECTOR: Will ask my partner again if he can borrow one from his work,
but will have to wait to hear back.
