DOCUMENTARY MINUTES from MEETING Tues 28th Sept 

 

Transcribing - Tape #6 to Mandy (Cityvision launch), Tape #8 (Chris F
launch) to Harry - Kathryn, Ant & Kim  to help when they get tapes

1 with Debbie to pick up. More still to be done by Debbie 

We have set deadline dates for Trabscribing as follows: 

17/10 - 1st lot of Transcribing due - for those who have tapes already

31/10 - 2nd lot of transcribing due - for those who haven't got their
tapes yet 

 

 

UPCOMING MAJOR FOOTAGE TO SHOT:

*	Hubbard Interview this THURS 2pm - Petrina, Kim and ?

*	Questions for Hubbard to be sent to him - bring Release form 

*	Council Meeting this Thurs 6pm - with Mayoral Candidates -
Petrina/Kim 
*	VOX POPS - Ned to happen ASAP - This weekend - Petrina and Ant?
*	Shots of people filling out voting papers - to be filmed 
*	ELECTION NIGHT RESULTS REACTION - needs to be organised
*	Matt D/Ant's mate talking about anarchist vote - to be filmed

OVERALL TIMEFRAME for DOCO PRODUCTION 

Based on the agreement that we wanted to finish doco before our final
end of year screening to avoid it stalling over Christmas/summer:

4/10 - Chloe back on board

17/10 - 1st lot of Transcribing due - for those who have tapes already

31/10 - 2nd lot of transcribing due - for those who haven't got their
tapes yet 

14/11 - Paper Edit to be FINISHED 

10/12 - Computer Editing FINISH 

12/12 - Indymedia Screening

 

Issues: 

*	Need to check Debbie's availability & studio availability and
block out studio time in November.
*	General concern that it won't all happen before end of the year


 

Others Availability:

ANT - getting increasingly busier, esp. on weekends. 

KIM - EXAMS coming up end of October so will become less available
