[imc-auckland-video] Documentary proposal: Legislation is Theft

Kia ora everyone,

I want to initiate some discussion across indymedia about the possibility of creating a documentary to show how the New Zealand government is continuing along a path of legislated theft which began after the signing of the Treaty of Waitangi, and continues with the enacting of the Seabed and Foreshore Act.

In my opinion very little in the documentary will be new, because nothing to do with the relationship between the crown and maori people is new. The purpose of the documentary will be to share knowledge which already exists, with the uninformed masses.

The majority of New Zealanders are so uninformed on these matters that showing the truth will be an absolute revelation to most people, including maori.

Having said that there will be nothing new presented, the documentary will be innovative to ensure its watchability.

Its an ambitious project, I know, but a little discussion won't hurt.

Don't be shy, let me know what you all think.

I apologise for the double ups if you subscribe to more than one list, because, I am spamming this to all the indymedia lists

Thanks Petrina
