HI -- re: another screening of the same films --- I am slightly of the
opposite school of thought... Which is not to have repeat screenings of
something unless it was a spectacular sell out with a lot of pre or post
interest. I am also of the mind to not do another screening in March as
it is only two weeks away I feel there needs to be build up time and
enough lead in time and planning and executing of publicity or the
result will be same, possibly. I think I would need to hear a breakdown
of what the costs - were ingoings/outgoings for the last screening to
make a better decision and to reestablish the aims of the screening --
did it get sign ups? -- is it getting new people involved? Is it
fundraising? - is it working as these things? Is it something altruistic
and a cool activist inspirational thing to do? All of the above? Some
things to think about... It's good not to just go on habit but to re
establish who your core people and support are and purpose is before
undertaking any project, event, etc.

I could be wrong but I'm just coming from a place of protecting people
from over extending themselves and their time and energies if they are
constantly back to back having to put on a screening. I'm of the school
of putting a lot of energy into one good thing than scattering yourself
thin over several things (although I'm sure in reality, I don't listen
to my own advice).

On a personal note, I won't be able to help or come as my Mum will be
here from overseas for that week only.

But I am very appreciated and grateful of people who volunteer their
time (thanks Mandy) and if people decide to go for another repeat
screening, I am of the mind to let the people who will be doing the work
make the decisions as to what will or won't happen, so go for it.
