Dude, don't be picky.
This seems like a worthwhile initiative to create more opportunities for
likeminded people to actually physically meet together in the same tangible
place (not just cyberworld) for the same reason. More people in the same
space working towards the same goal usually creates a buzz of activity.
My guess is that this initiative will help alleviate some of the relative
silence from Auckland Indymedia, which if I'm not mistaken is what you are
sniping at.
Be positive, be constructive, support your community.
