[Imc-auckland] Loan to buy a Projector

kia ora,
as you may know 193a Symonds Street has been turrned into a social centre
and activist hub over recent months and now has a library, computers, bike
workshop, meeting space, a screen to show movies and a pinpong table, and
gig venue (aka Necropolis).

the *a space inside anarchist collective* that runs the space would like to
purchase a data projector to allow them to screen films of a political and
activist nature to audeiences. to purchase a data projector which we expect
would cost around $1000, we propose to borrow the money from the auckland
indymedia fund and put the revenue of the film screenings, which we would
raise through a gold coin donation charge for the films, back into the
auckland indymedia account until we had paid back the cost of the projector.
approx. a year to pay back at $20 a week.

the usual procedure (i think) for approval is to allow a week or so of
discussion and then if everyone consents to allow the money to be loaned.
so let the discussion begin!
