Cheers for that Omar.  All the points sound good to me.  Just be aware the
date you've chosen for the next indy meeting is the same day as Climaction
is having their second reclaim the streets carnival against climate change.

I agree with the points Geraldene has made too.  Need to be careful where
the equipment ends up and have to be careful it doesn't just sit under
someone's bed.

I don't know much about banking for community groups but is there a
possiblity if we our money is sitting unused for a long period of time we
could put it in a fast saver account or something like that to get more
interest?
