[Imc-auckland] Convergence

Thought the venue was ok until I received this email today from AUSA 
reception:

Hi Sahar,

I have been informed that ClubSpace will not be available until possibly
first week of March.

At the moment it is still having renovations and then from beginning of
February it will be used for massive storage for Orientation - for a month.

We can however book out Meeting Rooms 1 and 2 (in AUSA House) during the
day - but I am not sure if these rooms will be large enough.

The only other suggestion is to try the University for rooms - Theatre
Lecture Management - Ph 373 7599 Ext.88917.

Alternatively you could email the Postgrad Association on
postgraduate at auckland.ac.nz - they might be able to help you as well.

I think Omar has a back up, but I'm going into uni tomorrow anyway and see 
what I can do about this.
