[IMC-Audio] Darkice 0.15 package for Debian

An older version of Darkice is already in the latest stable release of
Debian. I built a new version with support for mp3 encoding and JACK inputs.

I don't have an apt repository yet so you'll have to download it and run
'dpkg -i darkice_0.15-1_i386.deb'

If you don't know what Darkice is, it's a live radio encoder that can send a
stream to an Icecast, Shoutcast or Darwin Streaming Server in mp3 and
ogg/vorbis format. It runs on many, many UNIX systems, including OS X (but my
package is not for OS X, it's for Debian GNU/Linux).
