The One World Broadcating Trust's (OWBT's) special achievement award is for an outstanding community media project or organization that has made a unique contribution to the communication of sustainable development or human rights. 

The award will be judged by the OWBT, any questions about the award should be directed to them at oneworld at owbt.org
