[IMC-Audio] Torrent links dead, torrent not seeded

yeah, the version of bittorrent installed on the server is just not
working correctly.  we are using the python bittorrent, which used to
work great, but at some point in the release history the "launchmany"
seeder stopped working and a number of other backend changes have been
happening..

The version 4.20 installed on the server is not the latest, so it's
probably time to try an upgrade (or downgrade to a working version),
when I (or someone) has time..
