[IMC-Audio] torrent download failure - server error?

hi,
thanks for letting us know.
looks like bittorrent wasn't generating .torrent files -- some hackery 
is now necessary to get maketorrent-console to run under apache 
(i.e. not a normal user environment).

I still don't know if the bittorrent seeder (launchmany-console)
is actually working, it seems dysfunctional as of version 4.20, 
we may need to upgrade to a more recent version..
