[IMC-Audio] Proposal: adding donate link to radio.indymedia.org site

Hi imc-audio, 
Would anyone mind if we add a "donate" link to the radio.indymedia.org 
site?  This would be a place to collect donations to pay for site 
bandwidth, which is usually around 1 megabit per second (95th 
percentile). Indybay has a PayPal account which we could use to collect 
the donations.

In the unlikely event that any extra donations come in beyond what the 
radio.indymedia.org bandwidth costs, I'd propose those donations stay in 
Indybay's account for its bandwidth bills, including an icecast server 
hosting various unlicensed radio stations etc.
