yes, i handled the funding disbursements for the mobile-i caravan project;
however, i was not directly involved in the decision-making for that
group.  i know that there's been some interest in spending the remaining
funds on network building of some sort. the easiest thing to do would be
to contact the mobile-i affinity group and see if there is interest in
doing this.
