[imc-baghdad] newspaper or website?

i think that the two issues are overlapping -- for example, it would be
great to have the newspaper's content online for the wider world to see.
but i agree, the main push (in terms of fundraising) should probably be to
support the paper -- the website shouldn't require much, if anything, to
get up and running.
