[imc-baghdad] newspaper or website?

i second that, as the stated goals of the folks in baghdad are to 
first get the newspaper up and running and then to use that as a 
nexus for starting a baghdad imc with a website.  it seems like some 
basic equipment (computers w/ arabic language support, digital 
cameras, mini-disc recorders and possibly sat phones and modems) and 
cash are whats needed at this point.
