Hi all,

FYI:  The UCIMC Finance Working Group consensed on offering fiscal
sponsorship to the IMC-Baghdad project at this evening's meeting.  So it's
up to us to decide whether we want to pursue this avenue.  Personally, I
think it offers the best opportunity to move forward on fundraising and
support doing this.  Let me know.
