All,
Folks here have been made aware of the priniciples of
an imc and are supportive (enthusiastically so!), but
we cannot start a mailing list or the other things in
the application process until email/internet is back
up here - which may be months...
I'm happy to serve as the gateway for getting info
about what's happening here out, and relying messages
in, but... at the point where this formally begins to
be an imc, I think that I should be *out* of the
picture - it should come from locals entirely.
But if folks on this list have other opinions on
this... please do share them! :-)
