[imc-baghdad] current fundraising proposal?

re: the computer, spoke w/ ana a couple days ago and she is working 
on it but no final word yet.Å i'll let people know as soon as i do.Å 
can someone who knows the process for getting arabic language support 
on a computer please post all relevant info on it?Å I have been 
trying to figure it out but to no avail.Å on my machine i am running 
both mac OS 10.2.5 and 9.2.2, and have only been able to get arabic 
to work on unicode applications such as the mac mail program and a 
simple text editor.Å i would like to get it up on at least my machine 
so it can be used while i'm there, and also if we are able to get 
another computer on that one too(we were thinking a G4 so that it can 
be used for video as well.....).Å is it easier on pc's?Å i looked 
around for layout software such as quark that supports arabic, and it 
is running over $1000!!!ÅÅ anyone who has info on this please let me 
know.
