Hi Andy,

I can go to the Urbana-Chamapaign IMC and process any IMC-Baghdad
funding tonight, and then go to the bank and wire funding tomorrow, if you
get me your account information.  If anyone on the IMC-Baghdad list has
any concerns with this course of action, please let me know ASAP as it's
going to be a _very_ tight timeline.
