The belgium.indymedia.org collective already took a stand on this issue
on its last general assembly.

# The syndication project.

We do not wish to take part in the syndication project. We clearly have
another vision concerning indymedia and rather want that it is clear
that it concerns two different projects. 

We can prohibit of course nobody to use our newswire
(http:/belgium.indymedia.org/newswire.rss).

It makes no sence at all to put forward conditions as the
belgium.indymedia.org collectiev clearly stated that is does not wish to
take part in the syndication project.

So is rather up to the syndication project to decide wether yes or no
they want to syndicate our newswire / features,...
You are free to do that and you do not need to comply to anny conditions
to do that.
