[Imc-be] Proposal for a solution on the belgium situation.

constructive proposal into concideration.

Proposal for a solution on the belgium situation.

This discussion on the belgium situation is now going on for more than
a  year and still we are turning around in circles. We would like to end
this visious cirkle.  It does not make anny sence that both collectives/
groups continue shouting at each-other that they are the one and only
real IMC in belgium.
This is why we propose the following as a way to get out of that vicious
cirkle so that we can try to reach a concencus between all people /
collectives / groups involved.

The only precedent is the oceania syndication site which was approved
as a 'project'. There are some links to new-imc and imc-process lists
on oceania's genesis below but probably these are not complete.

Taking oceania syndication site as an example, a constructive proposal
could be:

1. Belgium syndication site is approved as a project and listed in the
cities list together with the other projects. We will not obstruct
this in any way.

2. As it is not a collective they cannot claim the URL of an existing
collective for this project. We will not oppose any other URL they
would like to choose: be.indy; belgie.indy; belgique.indy;
syndibelgium.indy;... . All of these URLs would be appropriate
'national' URLs for this project and would not go against the existing
consensus. Therefore they are good solutions to this conflict.

3.  A meeting bewteen the two belgium IMC's to  see how they can
cooöperate, have common projects (or not), refer to each-other, ...
This should best be a fysical meeting as we do not live that far away
from eachother and real fysical meetings tend to be a better way to
reach a concencus.  (Both IMC's could send spokespeople who receive a
mandate from their collective).
