Dear friends of the 31 May 2006 Draft Parliamentary Electoral Law stakehold/civil society process! 

The University Initiative for Democratic Elections (UIFER) and the Civil Campaign for Electoral Reforms are planning a broad-based offensive against the collective amnesia surrounding the electoral reform process.
