Hello Blue and !-Mad,

Thanks for sending this to imc-process. Most probably it will be 
required to send it in at least two languages before they publish it 
(but who knows, the moderators there have been following various trends 
that I can't predict.)

Anyway, I'll take care of forwarding it - with sadness - to various 
imc-work groups and supporters /friends /allies.  Among those I will 
include imc-communication, new-imc, imc-finance, 
imc-eastern-mediterranean and imc-israel.
