Hello all,

Here's a FASCINATING election resource that you can feel free to forward 
far and wide:

www.indyvoter.org

It's a site created by independent voters offering a guide to local 
elections. They haven't created a guide for C'dale and/or So. IL yet, as 
of 12:17 pm on the day before election day. But maybe someone who 
receives this can do so in the next 24 hours or less! The only local 
election in Southern Illinois that I know about for certain is Rich 
Whitney in the 115th District [ http://gogreen115.org ]. I don't 
generally endorse candidates or political parties, but I will be voting 
for Rich tomorrow. Beyond that, if there are any local votes I should be 
aware of, feel free to shout them out to me between now and the early AM 
of tomorrow.

Anyway, in the meantime, I'm headed out to get in one last day of 
relative sanity before the apocalypse... If I don't see you tomorrow, 
you have my best wishes and hopes in making it through the night.

Let's be honest.

This morning we are proud to launch 115 voter guides  on www.indyvoter.org
covering more than 95 cities in 31 states (see below).  Members of the
League researched local candidates across the country and endorsed those
who best represent our interests.  NO ONE HAS EVER DONE THIS BEFORE.  Get
your local voter guide on www.indyvoter.org. Print it.  Take it to the
polls. And sign up for the VOTER BLOC.  Then email blast everyone you know.

The more people we can get to use the guides and join the voter blocs, the
more elections we will WIN.  Then we can PROVE our numbers to hold
politicians ACCOUNTABLE after November 2!!

DON'T LEAVE 90% OF YOUR BALLOT BLANK!!!
Make sure everyone you know brings a Local League voter guide to the polls
on Tuesday and signs up to be counted with a local voter bloc!!!

We have about 33 hours until the polls close tomorrow.   In the next 33
hours, our generation faces its ultimate test: Can we use everything we've
got -all our love, creativity, connections, fearlessness, and brainpower
-to swing the entire presidential election and a lot of smaller ones while
we're at it?

In the next 33 hours, millions of young people across the country who are
registered to vote will not do so -for a million different reasons.  These
are our people. The time has come for us to pull out ALL the stops in
getting them to the polls.

(The one who's Attorney General, and the one running for Sheriff in your
town.)

Let's have fun in the next 33 hours, get some rest, swing some elections,
and use this bizarre political moment to strengthen our movement for the
long term.

It is truly in our hands.
