your figures are interesting but meaningless. since a vast number of people don't vote and probably never will vote, to assume they are not pro-bush is to ignore reality. more people voted in this election than in previous elections, meaning that they were influenced to vote. using your formula and conclusions, we can claim that in all u.s. elections the elected were not the chose of the people. how can you assume that those not voting were anti-bush?
