If you are 501 c3 you can't spend more than 10% of your
operating budget on political party stuff. You have to be 501
c4 to lobby or affliate with a political party, endorse the
party or the candidates.

I don't know the details, since I'm not an lawyer, but I'd like
to get a better handle on the guidelines of this.
