[Imc-bigmuddy] Lil-help: Non-profit and political parties/issues

If you are 501 c3 you can't spend more than 10% of your 
operating budget on political party stuff.  You have to be 501 
c4 to lobby or affliate with a political party, endorse the 
party or the candidates.
