[Imc-bigmuddy] cities list

Many of the particular efforts I have mentioned have been in the 
works for some time.  I posted them today to disclose them and 
clarify outreach efforts are happening, albeit slowly.  These 
efforts will hopefully bring more people in to do more work.  I 
see it as an investment.  If not, it will fail miserably and we 
will all die painful, lonely deaths.
