I think Rachel raises some great points. This was a
concern that was expressed at the meeting. Follow
through is an issue. Since it is such a major issue, I
suggest we spend time carefully reading through all of
these new ideas and answers that we come up with and
ask the questions that Rachel is proposing. We need to
make sure that we are not just generating ideas on how
to outreach but also ideas on the process of ensuring
we outreach. And...I know that we already said we are
going to do this, but I am just trying to restate out
commitment to the process of follow through.
