[Imc-bigmuddy] Meeting Monday at 6 PM!

Hello,

How did the meeting go? I was delayed in getting home tonight and wasn't
even able to make it to the tail end of the meeting. Also, sorry that I
didn't get this email approved. Rich mentioned that it needed approving,
but apparently when I blocked the Co-op out of my mind after work that
day, I also blocked out my conversation with Rich about the pending
email. In the future, I may write myself a note or some such thing.

As for this issues described below, I'm curious to hear what may have
been discussed at the meeting today. I have a lot of thoughts on this
issue, but I'll save most of them for our next face-to-face meeting. In
the meantime, I'll say that what Chris says resonates with me, though I
do have some responses to bits here and there. I'd like to see us talk
about these sorts of issues at the next meeting to see where we're at.
I've got a lot of projects competing for my attention right now, and I'm
going to divide my time/energy among them based on (A) how much of a
clear and bold vision for change they have; and (B) how effective they
seem to be at pursuing it. [I suppose Clarity times Boldness times
Effectiveness equals My Desire to Participate.]

Also, I never did reply to the email about the Space. The
renovation/maintenance/etc sounds great. My ability to contribute to
manual labor fluctuates like the ebb and flow of the tides, but I may be
able to help sometimes, and I'll do my best to help in whatever other
ways I can. I really like the detailed list that you provided, and I
feel strongly that if we achieved most or all of the goals mentioned
therein, it would vastly increase the Space's appeal/usefulness to the
community (and my own personal interest in the IMC).

Love and Healing,

Treesong
