[Imc-bigmuddy] Meeting and Big muddy Show

Hi everybody,
Sorry I couldn't make it to the meeting. My wife has almost all night classes this semester so evenings are tough until summer. It's inspiring to see interest and more important organization and dedication renewed at the space. I look forward to being more involved beyond the radio show. Speaking of, we will be interviewing John Walker on the radio show on Wed so please spread the word. Talk to y'all soon!

The meeting went well. We had general agreement that we needed to formalize
our structure, particularly since we are going to try to function on our own
as an association. But then Chris pointed out that he recalls that the group
already had by-laws of some kind. Do you (or does someone) have a copy of
the existing by-laws that you could forward to the group for review?

We're going to have another meeting next week at 6 Monday to focus mainly on
that. Meanwhile, we are going forward with a newsletter -- deadline for
articles is Jan. 23rd -- and we agreed on a Winter Friday Film and
Discussion series. I will send out a separate notice on that so that I can
copy it to some other folks for promotional purposes.
