[IMC-Newsletter] radiCALENDAR for April 14-21, 2008

A weekly newsletter of progressive events and outreach in the greater Binghamton area. imc-binghamton-announce at lists.indymedia.org

Welcome to our weekly listing of progressive events in the Southern Tier.
IT'S TAX WEEK! Is there any plan to encourage people to spend their
"economic incentives"/rebates on sustainability, green projects, or creating
the future WE want? If not, there should be! Spend at locally owned
businesses or on goods that will save energy dependence if you can. An AARP
poll showed that most people will use it to pay down debt or medical
expense. Only a small number said they would pay for "luxuries."

To add your event to this listing go to radicalendar.org choose Add an
