Right now, our country’s food system is broken. A few large companies, like
Cargill and Monsanto, control every part of our food system, risking public
health, driving out small and mid-sized farmers, and hurting the
environment.

The good news is that we can make our food system work better for small
farmers and our communities, and give consumers access to safer, more
sustainable food. Find out how at our meeting!

  Occupy Corporations <http://binghamtonbridge.org/?q=node/2714>

On January 21, 2010, with its ruling in Citizens United v. Federal Election
Commission, the Supreme Court ruled that corporations are persons, entitled
by the U.S. Constitution to buy elections and run our government. Human
beings are people; corporations are legal fictions.

We, the People of the United States of America, reject the U.S. Supreme
Court's ruling in Citizens United, and move to amend our Constitution to
firmly establish that money is not speech, and that human beings, not
corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.

consuming for the editor. If you are doing an event that repeats, please
use the Advanced Repeat menu so that it doesn't appear every day! Also,
please include a phone contact. Problems? contact us at
