[Imc-birmingham] Proposal to add the Save Our Blood Service Blog to the Campaigns list

Hi,

There's now a blog highlighting the local and national struggle to 
maintain our blood service and testing facilities:

Since it's a local campaign can we add it to the list?

I've just added the west mids climate change camp email to the list - 
think it must have all passed us by, but it's on there now :)
