Well, since none of the people who promised to write stuff seems to have
done, i've been doing it today and this is what i got so far

The are still some bits missing (the screenings, Guantanamo and the
camps), but they're fairly easy to do, so i'll hopefully finish it by the
weekend, unless someone else fancies doing that.
